welcome

Often individuals, couples, and families turn to therapy to get themselves unstuck. At times imagining something beyond that stuckness can seem impossible and that hope is hard to hold onto. Therapy can be the process of parsing out those experiences, perspectives, and contexts in order to shine a light on possibility for change toward something new.

The changes we hope to have for ourselves are possible.

In my perspective, therapy can be the support individuals, couples, and families are seeking to make that journey through change clearer and be more intentional.

Finding the right therapist who fits with your priorities, values, and hopes can be a process. Therapy often involves having vulnerable conversations within a secure therapeutic relationship. I hope this website helps you discern that fit so you can make informed choices that make sense for what you are needing from therapy.

If there is a question you have about my work as a clinician that is not answered by the content on this site, please don’t hesitate to ask via the contact page or during our initial consultation.

“When we deny the story, it defines us. When we own the story, we can write a brave new ending.”

my approach

As a therapist, my work is informed by the values of consent, multicultural responsiveness, and sex positivity. I hope to work alongside my clients to support their journey toward the changes they hope to see in their lives and in themselves meanwhile meeting them where they are at. I would describe my approach to be collaborative, systemic, and strengths based. I aim to create a connection with clients based in non judgment and centering the client’s autonomy.
